With Mileage Plan, you can book 331 days in advance, the same as AAdvantage. With Avios, how far you can book in advance depends on the specific program (e.g. 355 days for BA, 360 days for QR). Also, airlines make different decisions on when to release their saver inventories. Some release some of that inventory far in advance, and some don't. Some are more predictable, and some aren't.
