This is just a terrible property which isn't just playing games with award inventory. They're also "upgraded" me to a high floor view which was on floor 3 out of 6 with view not of the runway but some unremarkable commercial property. This happened both during my Globalist as well as Explorist times. They are also one of the few properties not adhering to HP breakfast rules ( adversely affecting non-Globalists).

There are a bunch of newish hotels nearby superior to the HP LHR in almost every dimension (e.g., the new Courtyard which is very close to the HP as well as the newish dual CP/HEX at T4).

But I'm sure the Hyatt fanbois will keep booking the HP despite there being multiple superior options available (Hilton is better, too, at LHR).
