Three Cheese Quiche




Decided to splash out SkyPesos on F because the price was right and while I don’t love the 738’s tight pitch in F and the kind of beat up cabins, this meal did the trick. The quiche crust was acceptable if not perfect, same with the croissant (and baked goods get an extra degree of difficulty on a plane), the quiche was tasty as was the berry/yogurt/granola combination. Coffee wasn’t great, just OK but lately I’ve been making Chemex at home from fresh ground, so I am edging into “coffee snob”.

Bottom line is I have had worse meals in international business class (and breakfast tends to be the weakest of all the meal types), and this was legitimately in the “meal I would actually pay for on the ground at normal prices and feel like I didn’t get ripped off” class of F meals. So well done Delta.
