I've actually been to a couple of these and didn't know that breakfast was not included. I guess it's about the only time it was good to be a Globalist at a Hyatt Place! I'm sure there are otherwise a lot of annoyed Hyattt regulars.
No, no banner. It's buried deep in the seemingly 10,000-word T&Cs. I don't like it and I don't think it's appropriate, but at least it's in the rules.

I agree that "high floor" is a poor upgrade but I'm against Hyatt prohibiting it based on the number of stories. What if the hotel is 10 stories high but surrounded by 50 story buildings on every side, making a level 10 upgrade worthless anyway?

There are probably numerous examples of these sorts of grievances. Personally, I don't think a hotel can have "airport" in it's name unless it offers a shuttle, for example.
