Given the property is in the list of exceptions, it can't be argued the property doesn't follow the "rules".
I assume no banner about breakfast pops up n the Hyatt website when you book one of these properties?
I've actually been to a couple of these and didn't know that breakfast was not included. I guess it's about the only time it was good to be a Globalist at a Hyatt Place! I'm sure there are otherwise a lot of annoyed Hyattt regulars.
