No, this is entirely an increase in the YQ Carrier-imposed Surcharge levied by, and to the benefit of, Virgin Atlantic, which for Return flights to USA from the UK in Upper Class has increased by 28.5% from £700 to £900. The YQ on Premium Economy Return fares has increased from £240 to £280 a mere 16.67% uplift!
