Breakfast: Sunday brunch was good. Didn't have the lox on this day but still excellent. Service was superb. You must make reservations. I saw people walking in and leaving when told about long waits.
Comment: This was the first time I stayed from noon to 4pm the next day. Took advantage of the fitness room and the pool as well. Love the location. Easy walk to the pier where they have several restaurants and coffee shops. Union square is a few blocks up. On this visit, we were rudely awakened by unruly neighbor. Walked down to check in area to report the noise. Security came and went before I made it back to my room. Nipped it in the butt. Everyone is very friendly and wants to help you have a great stay. This was my 3rd yearly visit. On this visit, I noticed a bidet in my room. The seat is warmed and as is the water. Sublime! When I visit SF, this is the hotel for me.
