I am staying here now. I booked 2 rooms on points. Got one room upgraded to a suite and it is really nice. However, They will not provide access to the lounge for teh 3rd person in our group. Late last night when we checked in Mr. Richard was really nice and tried to provide lounge access and but told me me the policy is strict as it is Diamond and a person only. However, upon on my request he gave us all 3 breakfast vouchers. I emailed the des manager this morning requesting lounge access as we are only looking to have a quiet drink in the evening while catching up. Let us see what he says.
The executive suite is really nice with 2 rooms, a bedroom and a 2nd room with couch and another TV. The bathroom is huge with 2 sinks, separate bidet area, shower and a tub. The suite came with a refrigerator loaded with beer, juice, water, and a couple of cokes, all complimentary according to the note on teh bar.
The hotel is brand spanking new. It took us 15 minutes to walk from Yokohama station at around 12.45 pm.
