Tried the instructions for the Shinagawa Tobu Hotel and still couldn't manage to find the same rate--thanks though for the instructions! I blame myself.
the last room is gone now. If you still had that booking and cancelled... It may come back at that rate... Or not, who knows.
In general, Agoda plays a lot of games, but I generally find they offer the cheapest rooms in apac. Not always though
