The justification was that the credit was based on a round-trip calculated pair between specific cities. I am still sitting on a credit from TPA-DCA, which I do not know how much for. (I was also told you can only determine the value once I put TPA-DCA on hold, then call in to have the credit applied, at which time they call the pricing desk for the calculation).
