I know this is not exactly what you are looking for, but another thread just alerted me to a business class redemption, JFK to FCO, for 62,000 miles, in peak summer (June, less than three months out). Just a year or two ago, such a redemption would have been almost impossible given the demand for European travel. There are still wild demand and capacity swings coming out of the pandemic. 400,000 miles may be easier to redeem for your desired travel sooner than you think.
