How do you use the Business option if you are searching for flights on Google Flights? I've been struggling to do multi city searches on AA.com when selecting 'Business'; the site returns no results some times or comes back with ludicrous pricing (3-4 times what I was seeing previously).

I also find the option to be extremely frustrating when searching with miles. AA.com has a validation to ensure that when 'Redeem Miles' is checked, the selection must be 'Personal'; why not auto default or grey out the selection?
