Regardless of how you redeem them, all saver award tickets are in the "standard" category from the perspective of the operating airline. The only exception, AFAIK, is DL, which allows you to redeem miles for a basic economy ticket, which will almost invariably have restrictions on baggage. This wouldn't apply to your situation (and I'm not even sure DL offers basic economy tickets in its TPAC flights). In any event, CI baggage policy would apply in your case, whether you use DL or VS miles for the award ticket.
