ITA Matrix is finicky and the first and last segment book into Business, not First. If you choose "First" or "Business or higher fares" the search fails. If you search "Business or higher" without telling it to return the A fare code you'll only receive business class results.

Unfortunately it doesn't. A one-way is more expensive than a roundtrip. The cheapest one-way from DUB has a base fare of $4446 USD and the one-way from CPH has a base fare of $4272 USD.
