I have accounts with both A3 and TK. TK recently increased their redemption rates, meaning I am now out of reach for something that only became available after the devaluation. So I looked at A3 for TK redemptions for the first time, as I have more A3 miles than TK and could afford my redemption there instead. TK have 'promo' redemptions which are fewer miles, but limited in their number of seats. They also have 'full-rate' redemptions that are horrible value for both the miles and cash components, but (I think) are always available if you're willing to pay the poor rates. From my searches on both sites last week, A3 was only showing availability for flights where TK had 'promo' availability.
