Very interesting, could be an issue on their back end if it effects multiple people and I can just imagine how the CSO will refer to the stated 1-2 weeks transfer time as per their T&Cs.

Fact to me is that these CSOs won't know that it usually only takes 1-2 days, probably have never even transferred credit card points to KF and most likely will have no info if really something is amiss. I guess it will mean wait and see.

DBS also said one has to call KF and they have no official avenue to reach out or escalate a case, terrific process .
