I recently flew a domestic flight on NH (KOJ-HND) which I booked as a "Super Value 75M" (economy) fare for 9570 JPY (~$65). To my surprise, it credited to UA in E class, which UA thinks is discount P.E. and gives 125%. I got 728 base miles (plus bonus from status) and 146 PQP. Is this a known bug/loophole in UA's system? (Not that I'm complaining, mind you.)
