Only the receipt you receive at the time of return seems to indicate the correct vehicle class. If you go to the app/website or ask for an email receipt from phone agent, the CAR CLASS DRIVEN seems to always be the same as CAR CLASS CHARGED, which is what your reservation is. I always wonder if it's because of the restrictions businesses put on rentals. "So you got an Escalate?" "Sir it clearly shows ICAR driven and ICAR charged on the receipt /s"

PS: the auto-generated email receipt at return doesn't seem to show the actual vehicle driven either, I looked at few of the past receipts and all I saw are "4DR 4X4", "4DR 4X2 CREW CAB 5.5FT.BOX 139.8" "4DR FASTBACK"
