I would think the card are waiting at the main terminal, if you need one for a journey from the satellite terminal they need to request a car to come. That takes a few minutes. I enjoyed the ride from the main terminal to the satellite terminal, but took a normal bus back to see if there was any business/economy segregation at the main bus area. (There isnt).
