Agoda plays games with pricing and who's referring you (via TripAdvisor, Google, other portals). They do the same with coupons (coupon AGODASPONSORED auto applied in this case. But the coupon box may not be visible , or code may not work, if you go via another route)
Go search the hotel name in Google . Right hand side on desktop, or scroll down if mobile site: google should allow you change dates, select 1 person. Then it lists various online OTA. Agoda has one room left at $82(plus tax), $98 after fees/tax(10%+10%)
If you went on agoda.con directly (using incognito mode, bc they also store cookies and other data). Same hotel/date/1 adult, $98 last room too, $119 after fees/tax(10%+10%).
+$4 for breakfast if you choose the option during booking. I would probably go for it(reviews say that the spread isn't as good as other hotels, but I usually see $10-$30 breakfast fee for hotels that have really really good spread).
"Breakfast was very simple with the same menu everyday: Japanese curry, rice, onion soup, bread, yoghurt, juice, served with scrambled egg, sausage, mash potato, veggie".
With that said, you can buy a 1litre carton of drinkable yogurt or pure juice from 7/11 for 100-200yen each, 100yen melon pan bun... Or 300-500 yen at yoshinoya for a breakfast beef bowl
