As said above-Contact their corporate care and they will have you UPS ground to their NYC warehouse. Will call you and email you an estimate-and once you approve-will fix in less than a week and ship it back to you. Super simple. Dont waste anymore energy on this-just do that.
Rimowa only pays for shipping back to the client, as client is responsible for shipping to Rimowa. FedEx packed up my suitcase and Delta paid for this cost.
