Z is a cheap revenue booking class, but the fare basis "ZRMILES" would suggest that it might be reward miles.
If so, you got lucky that BAEC did not recognize it as an award and credited it as a standard Z fare bucket.
If you keep pushing BA, they might recognize their error.

Who was your TA?
I bought it from not-that-small OTA called Trip.com (Ctrip for those in China).

Just wondering, is it not a standard for airlines to affix a specific fare class for redemption tickets?
