Hi,

I have stayed at the Prince Sakura tower ( close to shinagawa station) which was good with a large garden . Whilst the area is fine, I have not explored the area that much as I have found other areas in tokyo to be more interesting.
For a short overnight stay, it will be fine with the major benefit being close to the rail link to Haneda.
Lots of cafes/restaurants around the station area.
