I too disagree that food quality is a con of BR J. The food quality on my two recent long-haul flights were among the better J meals I've had, period.

And I cannot imagine paper quality of the menu being a deciding factor when choosing an airline.

Yes, the dismal KE lounge at ICN may well be as bad as the BR lounge in TPE. The OZ lounge at ICN is vastly superior in my mind.

The paper quality of the menus is not a deciding factor by itself of course, but little things tell a story and add up...
