Just don’t check out when you leave early in the morning. Leave the Do not Disturb sign on the door handle, and hopefully the maid won’t even notice that you have left earlier than expected. The next day you could use online checkout or call the front desk and check out, or just leave it to the maid to discover you have left and forgotten to remove the sign. Should be no problem getting the credit for the extra night.
