Z is a cheap revenue booking class, but the fare basis "ZRMILES" would suggest that it might be reward miles.
If so, you got lucky that BAEC did not recognize it as an award and credited it as a standard Z fare bucket.
If you keep pushing BA, they might recognize their error.
