If you booked through a travel agent, it is possible that it was not a published fare (BT or IT fare) and would show as a price of zero

Given that Enrich, I believe, credits on fare paid, that could possibly equate to an earning of zero

Might be worth checking receipt from the travel agent and determining whether you should have been eligible for > 0 credit to MH before just accepting a zero earning. Looks like you will be unable to credit to BA given that MH doesn't allow reversal

Just seen that there was a picture attachment with fare basis listed - I would agree with orbitmic that it would seem to be a mileage fare though I thought that MH uses U for business class redemptions
