Contacted SQ KF CSOs twice (Live chat + Hotline call), both told me the same thing that need to wait for 15 business days.

The CSOs even claimed that they couldn't check their backend systems whether the transfers are being processed.
FYI: My first two transfers so far took me about 1 to 2 working days - It was initiated on a weekday (Tuesday / Wednesday).
Thanks for sharing. My 50k points are also still missing in action.
Very interesting, could be an issue on their back end if it effects multiple people and I can just imagine how the CSO will refer to the stated 1-2 weeks transfer time as per their T&Cs.
Fact to me is that these CSOs won't know that it usually only takes 1-2 days, probably have never even transferred credit card points to KF and most likely will have no info if really something is amiss. I guess it will mean wait and see.
DBS also said one has to call KF and they have no official avenue to reach out or escalate a case, terrific process
