Delta damaged a medium original check-in last year, as there was a broken wheel and lock. Contact Rimowa client care (you can message me for the e-mail address) or select the repair center in Long Island City, NY. You’ll receive a form to fill out from the client advisor, as you’ll be asked for your serial number, and be provided the address to ship to. Delta reimbursement for the FedEx insured shipping cost and the dent repair. Wheels and locks are covered under the 5 year warranty for products purchased prior to July 25, 2022, as now Rimowa has a lifetime warranty.

Send all of your receipts to Delta baggage and you’ll receive be reimbursement 100% via a bank ACH transfer to your bank account of choice. Very painless process with Delta.
