No real difference. 6C is designated for disabilities so there is always the possibility of getting booted out if you don’t qualify.

Personally I avoid row 6 whenever possible. You have to share the outlets, tray tables are in the armrests which eats up hip space and 6C is especially bad because that is where they hang the divider curtain.
