Is there any difference in bulkhead seats (and 6C specifically) on 737-700/800/900 Alaska Airline planes?

Seatguru seems to think they are a different experience.


Here is the note on seat 6c in seatguru. Left me scratching my head. The write ups are the same when seatguru say the seat is good (green) or bad (yellow).
