Anecdotally, the BA lounge matrons wouldn't bend to allow one of my 3 teens into the First lounge last fall. 2 EXP/OWE parents and entire party flying in J, and she was adamant that OWE only allowed one guest, youngsters or not.
By the rules, they are correct. each OWE gets 1 guest. AA tends to be flexible about kids. BA is not.
