Either way it's a long ride in Euro-Business, which is what I think Y+ is on the narrow bodies, a blocked middle seat and 34" pitch, if not mistaken.
Eurobiz would still give you more space than the back of the plane! SCL is a great option if you can't get PNT to work. Cost per mile flown is a bit higher, but not much.
