didn’t realize it wouldn’t supply my number or email. now i have no way to access the account. i’ve called several reps and they won’t help unless i can tell them the phone number or email. obviously i don’t know those since they created the account and not me.
any idea? i told them how many miles i have based on what i see from my credit card login.
Maybe this is obvious, but if AA is asking for your phone and email, would that not just be whatever phone and email you put on your Citi application?
