can’t access AA account - first time login
i signed up for a citibank american airlines card and didn’t create an AA account first.
didn’t realize it wouldn’t supply my number or email. now i have no way to access the account. i’ve called several reps and they won’t help unless i can tell them the phone number or email. obviously i don’t know those since they created the account and not me.
any idea? i told them how many miles i have based on what i see from my credit card login.
