Hotels in EU should be used to this especially destinations that commonly have early flight arrivals. US not as much... but either way definitely contact/chat with the hotel to make sure they know you are coming and that you booked the room specifically for the early am arrival. Otherwise it may get canceled when they do their night audit.
I'd recommend calling the hotel the day/evening of your additional booking and speak to the front desk so they can note the details.
