The round bowls made an appearance in J LAX-JFK yesterday. Entree was chicken breast stuffed with spinach and gouda- was incredibly dry and almost inedible without the sauce; wouldn’t order again. The polenta cake on the side was amazing, however.
And on the positive side, for the first time I’ve seen in probably over a year on the premium transcons, there was a choice of salad dressing, not just the small bottle of olive oil and balsamic I’ve become used to seeing.
Wine lists are still MIA. However the great FA working in J, without asking, actually poured me a taste of the white and asked if it was okay, before pouring the whole glass.
