Update: Since I’m staying at the Excel Tokyu hotel at terminal 2 I decided to take the 6 min monorail ride over to Terminal 3 and assess the situation better. The flight is full, and bottom line I am out of luck. But apparently some Diamond super whatever did not steal my seat. The first time I looked, it was via “manage” and that still shows me in 5K. When I try and check in it says you have been moved. I asked to check in at the airport since I was there, but apparently that’s not possible. Now I can’t check in online either…

It is kind of the nature of the beast for a subfleet of only two aircraft. JA02WJ returned to Haneda on the 20th, but did not fly in the 21st as would be the normal scheduling. Nor did it fly on 22nd, or 23rd. So some level of technical problems have arisen.
