Landing page for this resort says that soft opening includes complimentary boat transfer.

Point reservations are over 50k per night.

Room description for point and revenue stays include complimentary buffet breakfast.

And half board rate made me laugh - includes breakfast and lunch.

I’m also curious to see where the rates end up.
