In South America there is also GIG-EZE / EZE-GIG and you can buy a ticket to fly the route.
EZE actually has a lot of fifth-freedom flights. Air Canada, Ethiopian, SWISS, and Turkish all fly EZE-GRU. Emirates flies EZE-GIG, and KLM flies EZE-SCL. Avianca Costa Rica operates EZE-UIO and LATAM Ecuador operates EZE-LIM.
