Even if there are more EXPs, I wouldn't expect it to be a big enough number to be noticeable - at least not at the moment. Couple that with the fact that the S80s will be receiving 2 additional F seats, and I wouldn't expect most upgrade chances to be significantly lowered over the rates we saw when EXPs started receiving unlimited domestic upgrades.
