Add to DP: I was a ble to hold my award ticket this morning

Can anyone let me know? I'm an authorize user on Chase Sapphire "Jane Doe" , and I transfered points to my Singapore Krysflyer account "Jane Middle Doe" ..... Would this middle name be a problem? It's been 12 hours and points haven't shown yet.
