I used my free night certificate there and they upgraded me without asking - I am not sure if it was a suite though - it has a separate Japanese sitting area.

As far as breakfast, you can eat at the restaurant downstairs (at least as a Titanium).

I didn't think the location was that good since it is pretty far away from the port. However, it is close to the HSR, connected to a upscale mall, close to the MRT and Light Rail and Costco
