I have flown a similar route, except my final destination was SFO (hundreds dollars cheaper than nonstop was my reasoning - only earned 88 PQP combined). My flights were different flight numbers, so posted as two activities - see below.

Btw, if you fly EWR-ORD-SFO, it's the same as EWR-SFO nonstop.
