EgyptAir business class deals between JNB and CAN still exist at 2.6 PQP/$ (found one May 13-18 for example), and you can sandwich that between a nice round trip ORD-JNB on Swiss W fares to earn a ton of PQPs. Swiss used to give Y/N mixed cabin fares (search on their website), pick those only if you can get them for < $1.5k to maintain a ratio above 2 PQP/$. You also have some flexibility as others have found deals to destinations other than CAN from JNB on the same EgyptAir flight.
You can actually get as far as Shanghai for the same price! (the fare has been around for months, so this isn't just a short term sale)
