Assuming that it is still possible to use evoucher on SQ flight (which doesn't seem to be so obvious for me, considering how tough it is to get a reward flight on SQ with M&M miles), what booking classes in economy allow upgrade to premium economy (on intercontinental flight or continental, non-domestic flight)?
