First off the plane will help with the lines if there's no other flights arriving around that time, but if you are, then you'll be out of luck.
As craigthemif said, you have a change of terminal buildings from T4S to T4 as you're entering the Schengen zone and IB's non-Schengen and Schengen flights operate from different buildings at MAD. That in itself is probably a good 15 minutes (the walk, the wait for the train, the train, the walk on the other side…) without immigration or security.
