It always struck me that Paris could be a great spot for a Oneworld-branded lounge, but the QR lounge already being there sort of works against that, so if there was a Oneworld-branded lounge it'd be more for Emerald/Sapphire frequent flyers and business class flyers on airlines which direct less-savvy travellers to the Oneworld lounge.
OW airlines used to depart from different terminals (T2 & T1). THis is still the case during renovations. PLus schengen (AY, IB) and non-schengen pax are segregated.
Hard to see how to implement a OW lounge. Star alliance is the only alliance lounge. Partly because most *A longhaul airlines depart from T1 and there is a LH lounge for schenghen pax.
