It always struck me that Paris could be a great spot for a Oneworld-branded lounge, but the QR lounge already being there sort of works against that, so if there was a Oneworld-branded lounge it'd be more for Emerald/Sapphire frequent flyers and business class flyers on airlines which direct less-savvy travellers to the Oneworld lounge.
