Thats stupid excuse from them because PR regular is voted as a 4 star airline. Yes MNL I agree with them but it has got nothing to do with the airline itself. Sri Lankan Airlines UL is also a member of One World and its service is much worse compared to PAL. I think it has got to do more with completion on the routes and the the Philippines refusing 5th freedom for most of the airlines.
